The Hematology Support Center (HSC) is a dedicated team for eligible patients who have been prescribed Takeda hematology products. HSC assists patients affected by bleeding disorders with gaining access to the Takeda medication prescribed by their physician as well as providing educational resources and information on financial assistance options.
