OnePath® for Rare Diseases
OnePath is committed to helping people gain access to their rare-disease treatment. When you are enrolled in OnePath, you are part of a product support service with dedicated Case Managers who are ready to help you every step of the way. Whether it is helping you navigate insurance access and coverage issues or offering access to a larger community of support, OnePath provides one-to-one product support however you need it.
We believe that the costs associated with rare-disease treatments should not be a barrier to patient access. We know that treatment options are an unmet need in rare-disease treatment – which we strive to achieve.
Co-pay Assistance Program: The OnePath Co–pay Assistance Program offers co–pay assistance for certain patients who need assistance paying for out–of–pocket medication costs. Those eligible will receive a OnePath co–pay card that can be used to help pay these costs.
Patient Assistance Program: The OnePath® Patient Assistance Program has been set up for certain patients who are currently uninsured, or have insurance that does not cover treatment. OnePath may be able to help patients get access to treatment and find insurance that does cover their medication.
Charitable Donations: OnePath can offer information about various charitable organizations that may help patients find payment alternatives and other treatment-related services.
Case Managers are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm, Eastern Time at 1-866-888-0660.
