Director/PDMR Shareholding

September 22, 2009 - Shire plc (LSE: SHP, NASDAQ: SHPGY), the global specialty biopharmaceutical company (the “Company”), announces that on September 21, 2009, Ms Tatjana May, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, was granted the following options under the Shire Sharesave Scheme.
